Quick Coconut Balls

Ingredients
250 g Ricotta100 g granulated sugar100 g desiccated grated coconuts, additional 50 g coconuts to coat the balls10 g Dutch cocoa2 tbsp rum
Directions
1. Remove liquid from Ricotta and mix with sugar, coconuts and rum
2. Place the half of the mixture in a separate bowl and stir in cocoa
3. Make balls and wrap them in coconuts
4. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve
