Ingredients:*GNC Chocolate Protein Powder, 1 scoop*1 cup frozen strawberries*Blueberries (Dole Frozen) 1/2 cup*Dole Frozen Tropical Fruit, 1 cup *Water bottle w/ filtered water, 1 cup *Cinnamon, Ground cinnamon, spices, breakfast, condiments, spice ~ Serving Size 1 tsp (2 g)*Flaxseed (ground 1 tbsp)
Place everything in blender except water and pulse to break up chunks. Then add water and blend on low, few seconds.
Stop blender and then scrape down sides. Then blend on high until smooth.
