Fusilli with Tomato, Basil and Brie

Ingredients
Trader Giotto’s Multigrain pasta Fusilli w/ Flax, 8 serving or 1 packageOrganic Diced Tomatoes, 3 cup/28oz canBrie Cheese, 1 cupBasil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves minced1 Tbs light olive oil
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions, mince garlic and cook for a few minutes on low heat in the oil. Add tomatoe's and basil, heat on medium while pasta is cooking. Chunk and derind brie, drain pasta, add brie and tomato mixture all together and stir until cheese melts. Makes 8 1-cup servings. Serve as a side to anything.
