Ingredients:2 med. avocados1-2 fresh mangoes2 med. tomatoes1/2 med. sweet yellow onion1/2 C chopped fresh Cilantro, stems removed20-25 Jalapeno Slices - I use Mt. Olive brand1 Tbsp juice from Jalapeno jarpinch of salt
Cut the ingredients into small-medium pieces and mix in a large bowl. Add about 1 Tbsp of the juice from the jalapeno jar and a pinch of salt. Stir together and enjoy.
