Ingredients
1-1.5 pounds of country style pork ribs1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive OilEqual amounts of salt, pepper, garlic4 tbsp BBQ sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and heat pan over medium heat with 1 tsp of olive oil. Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper, garlic. Pan sear for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and apply bbq sauce. Place in oven for 16 minutes (internal temp of 155-160).
