Splenda Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
1/2 C Splenda (or less, according to taste)1/2 C Egg Whites (about 3 large eggs)2-1/2 C (or 3/4 lb.) Sweetened Dessicated or Flaked Coconut
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Scoop the mixture with a round half teaspoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake until light golden, about 12 to 15 minutes.
Let cool 15 to 30 minutes.
