Chicken Salad

Ingredients
*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz *fresh onion, 0.5 cup Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) *Dejonaise Mustard, 1 Tbsp/serving, 3 tbsp Honey Mustard, 2 tsp *Kraft miracle whip regular, 4 tbsp *McCormick Lemon & Pepper Seasoning Salt, 0.25 tsp*Morton Nature’s Season Seasoning Blend, 0.50 tsp
Directions
Put boneless skinless chicken breasts in a roast and cover with seasonings. Bake at 350 degrees covered for about an hour and a half. Then remove the cover to let the chicken brown a little. In a half an hour remove from oven and let cool.

When cool cut chicken into desired cubes then top with the Dejovaise, Honey Mustard and Miracle Whip. Add diced onion and celery. Put into the fridge to cool. Is very good on sandwiches or by itself.
