Whole Wheat French Toast

Ingredients
* Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 20 slice * Egg, fresh, 4 large * Milk, 1%, 1 cup * Granulated Sugar, .25 cup * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Pre-heat your griddle. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon together in a bowl. You can use more or less to your taste. Dip the bread into the mixture on both sides, then place on the griddle. Continue until you you have the griddle full. Let cook a minute on each side, then flip. Enjoy plain or with your choice of toppings.
