Baked Ravioli and Sauce

Ingredients
1 Egg1/2 cup floursalt (optional)2-3 Small mushrooms2 small cloves garlicWater to steam1 oz colby cheese1/2 cup marinara
Directions
Mix 1 egg and 1/2 cup flour to make a pasta dough, roll out thinly (1/8th inch approx.)
Cut pasta dough into rectangles
Chop Mushrooms and garlic, lightly steam to soften.
Mix with cheese
Put a spoonful of mix onto one end of each pasta rectangle, then fold over and seal.
Toast under broil for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with sauce

Serving Size: Makes 8 pieces or 1 serving
