shrim and mango lettuce wraps

Ingredients
2tbs. Lime juice1tbs. McCormick Asian seafood sauce 1tsp. Coconut sugar 1 small red Chile thinly sliced, or to taste1/2 c. Julienned mango1/2 c. Julienned carrot1/2 c. Julienned radish1tsp. Canola oil1lb raw shrimp (30-40 ct) peeled, deveined1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated1/2 c. Fresh cilantro
Directions
Wisk lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar together . Then add mango, vegetables, and cilantro and set aside after ingredients are well coated.
Heat oil, in skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp 3-4 minutes or until just cooked through.
Mix shrimp with mango mixture and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve in lettuce and sprinkle with cilantro.

Serving Size: 1 cup of shrimp mix to 3-4 lettuce leaves
