Ingredients
10 cup turnips and turnip root 5oz beef neck bone 1 tsp knorr chicken boullion powder6 tsp granulated sugar2 TBS whit vinegarDash of hickory smoke flavouring1 tsp minced garlic
Directions
Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker add 1/2 cup of water. Turn eye to high heat for 5 minutes then down to medium low heat for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes turn eye off and allow pot to sit on eye until safety valve is down, and pot is safe to open.
