Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
Carbquik, 1 cup (remove)Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)Almond Breeze Almond coconut milk unsweetened, 0.25 cup (remove)
Directions
1. Peel and mash the banana. Mix all ingredient together. Do not over mix.
2. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and heat to med-high. Drop a little less than 1/4 cup batter in to the pan. Cook like any other pancake.
