Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
Pam Butter Spray3 cloves garlic minced1/2 med onion diced1 10 oz can chicken 1 10 oz can rotel tomatoes32 oz fat free, low sodium chicken broth4 oz tortilla chips4 tbs shredded cheddar cheese4 tsp reduced fat sour cream4 wedges of lime
Directions
Spray pan with Pam, add minced garlic and minced onion. Simmer till onion is translucent. Mix in chicken, rotel tomatoes and chicken broth. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings of 2 cups. Crush 1 oz of tortilla chips in each bowl, ladel soup over chips. Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream and a squeeze of lime.
