Broccoli and Potato Soup

Ingredients
10 potatoes diced1/2 raw onion large1 cup Velveeta cheese1 pint heavy whipping cream1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 cup margarine or butter1 cup sour cream4 ounces cream cheese4 tbs cornstarch mixed with water2 cups broccoliCook potatoes and rest and serve with bacon bits and shredded cheese on top. 16 one cup servings
Directions
Cook potatoes add rest of ingredients and serve with bacon bits and cheese on top. You can also add mozzarella cheese if wanted.
