Bacon and Egg Muffins (low carb)

Ingredients
10 eggs2 T Half and Half8 slices of bacon, chopped1 Cup Mexican four cheese blend (or cheese of choice)salt to tasteherb seasonings of choice
Directions
1. Scramble eggs; add in half and half, salt, and herbs and mix well.
2. In a greased muffin tin, put divide chopped bacon and cheese between each muffin well. Top with the egg mixture (again dividing between each well).
3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
