Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup Flour, white, .50 cup Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp), .50 serving yeast - fleischmann's rapid rise 1/4 tsp (0.8g), 2 tspWater, tap, .50 cup (8 fl oz)Salt, .50 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp Aldi Minced Garlic, 1 tsp 2 tsp Italian Seasoning, .50 servingAldi Reggano Traditional Spaghetti Sauce, 0.5 cup Cheese, Kroger PIZZA CHEESE finely shredded 1/4c(28g), 2 serving Kroger turkey pepperoni (15 slices), 1 serving
Directions
combine all ingredients except water. Put water in microwave for 1 minute, then pour water into dough and stir well. If dough is to dry then add more water and if dough is to wet add more flour one Tablespoon at a time. Knead dough on a floured surface until dough is elastic (about 5 minutes. Dough should not stick to hands, so add more flour just until dough is no longer tacky let dough rest in greased and lightly covered bowl in microwave (or warmest part of kitchen until dough has almost doubled in size. Roll dough out into about 8- 12" diameter or depending on the thickness you desire. Add sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Cook in 450 degree preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
