Homemade Mac n Cheese

Ingredients
1 cup dry whole wheat pasta (elbows, rotini, etc.)1 cup lowfat milk1/2 cup flour, white1 tbsp margarine/butter1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.

Add milk, flour, butter and stir until there are no clumps. Add cheese and stir until melted. Should have a gooey consistency.
