Peanut Butter banana oatmeal breakfast cookies

Ingredients
2 whole ripe bananas1/3 cup peanut butter2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder1 tsp. vanilla extract1 1/2 cups Quaker quick oats4 T. chocolate chips,
Directions
Mash the 2 bananas together with the peanut butter. Blend in applesauce ,protein powder and extract. Stir in oatmeal and chocolate chips. Let sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
Using a cooky scoop, mound cookies on parchment paper lined cooky sheets.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
