Ingredients
1 cup catsup1/2 cup water1/4 chopped onion or 1 tablespoon dried minced onion2 tablespoons sugar1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 teaspoon celery seed1/4 teaspoon saltseveral dashes bottled hot pepper sauce3 pound pork butt roast
Directions
In a crock pot add all ingredients , cook for 6 to 8 hours , serve with brown rice.
