Quick Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. lentils, rinsed and cleaned1 med onion chopped2 stalks celery chopped1lb sweet Italian ground sausage1-2 Bay Leaves2 tbsps. olive oilchicken bullion to tasteSalt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Directions
Put oil into pot and add chopped onion, celery and sauté until transparent about 5 minutes. Add ground turkey and sauté until no longer pink. Add in lentils, rotel and bay leaves. Add enough water or broth to cover over about 2 inches over all ingredients. If using water can add chicken bullion for more flavor to taste. Cook for 1 hour until lentils are tender.
