Pizza Dough

Ingredients
3 cups, 00 bread flour2 1/4 instant active dry yeast1 cup warm water1/2 tbsp sugar2 tbsp olive oil1 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
add the watre, yeast, sugar, and 1/2 cup of the flour into a mixing bowl. Stir well and let sit for 20 minutes.
Add olive oil, salt, and 2 cups flour and mix with a wooden spoon. Turn out on to a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
Form the dough into a ball and place into an oiled bowl, cover with a kitchen towel and place in a warm spot for 2 hours, or until the dough doubles in size. Punch down the dough and divide into 2 balls and place in a large zipper bag and refrigerate over night.
