broccoli bacon parmesan frittata

Ingredients
1 c broccoli florets1/2 tsp fresh thyme leavesdash salt1/8 tsp black pepperdash nutmeg4 eggs lightly beaten1/4 c grated parmesan cheese2 cooked bacon slices1/2 c diced onion
Directions
preheat oven 350
cook broccoli in boiling water 2 min drain and plunge into ice water drain well
heat skillet and cook bacon slices remove from pan pour grease into contain
add onions to skillet cook 3 min add broccoli cook 1 min
combine eggs,salt,pepper, cheese ,nutmeg in bowl and whisk together
pour onion broccoli mixture into corning wear coated with pam
pour eggs mixture over top
bake oven 10-12 min til set
