Dressing Ingredients:2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar1 tbsp Lemon Juice1 cloves Garlic1 tsp OreganoSalt & Pepper to tasteSalad 2 Medium Cucumbers, striped2 plum Tomatoes10 black olives30 grams Feta Cheese
Directions
1. In a small bowl combine all salad dressing ingredients and let chill for at least an hour.
2. When salad dressing is chilled, combine salad ingredients in large bowl, add dressing and enjoy!
