Elaine's Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 large sweet yellow onion, chopped1 green bell pepper, coarsely chopped20 oz lean ground turkey1 16-oz can of black beans1 16-oz can of sweet yellow corn2 cups Campbell's Classic Tomato Soup1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 tbsp minced bottled garlic1 tbsp oregano1 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp black peppersalt to taste
Directions
Coarsely chop the onion and bell pepper. Add onion, bell pepper and ground turkey to a large non-stick skillet. Add minced garlic, and season with oregano, chili powder, black pepper and salt. Cook 6-7 minutes or until turkey is browned and onions are translucent.

Empty the cans of black beans and corn into a colander. Rinse thoroughly and drain. Mix black beans and corn into the turkey mixture in the skillet.

Add Campbell's soup to the skillet. Simmer 5-6 minutes. Divide into bowls and garnish with shredded cheese. Serves dinner for six.
