Carol's Black Bean Roll Ups

Ingredients
1 can black beans rinsed and drained1 can kernel corn rinsed and drained1/2 red bell pepper, diced1/2 cup diced red onion2 tbsp cilantro1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
saute vegetables in olive oil until almost tender. Add black beans and corn, saute until heated through. Add cream cheese, stir until melted. Place shredded cheese on tortilla, spoon filling over top and roll up.
