Whole Wheat Low Fat Challah

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 7 cup Light Brown Sugar, 3/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast, 2 tbspTable Salt, 1 tbspCanola Oil, 0.25 cupWater, warm 3 cup
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add water and oil. Knead well for 10 minutes.
Allow to rise for 1 hour.
Shape into challah loaves.
Allow to rise for 1/2 hour.
Bake at 400 F for about 1/2 hour/
