Mississippi Mud Roast

Ingredients
3-4 pound roastpackage ranch seasoning mixpackage au jus mix/ or beef concentrate1/4 cup water4 tbs butter5-6 pepperoncini+ veggie (carrots/potatoes/onion/etc...)
Directions
Put 1/4 cup of water in the bottom of crock pot.
Add roast.
Put ranch seasoning on top.
Put au jus mix on top.
Put butter on top.
Place pepperoncini around the roast.
Add veggies 2-3 hours before being done.
Cook for 6-8 hours on low.
