Slow cooker lamb curry

Ingredients
1kg bone in stewing lamb1 Medium onion (diced)1 tsp rice bran oil1 bulb garlic1 tsp ground ginger1 tsp ground turmeric1 tsp ground cumin0.5 tsp chili powder1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp beef stock powder3 cups water1 cup red lentils1 can diced tomatoes200 grams frozen spinach2 bay leaves1 cinnamon stick1/4 cup low fat yogurt
Directions
Place lamb in crock pot
Place half of onion in crock pot
Blend remaining onion, garlic, spices and stock powder with oil and some water. Smell and adjust spices for taste.
Pour spice mix and tomatoes to crock pot
Add spinach, lentils, remaining water, bay leaves and cinnamon to crock pot.
Cook on low for 8 hours
Remove bones and mix through yogurt before serving on rice.
