Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
vegetable oil1 tsp red pepper flakes2 tbsp grill seasoning1.5 lbs chicken breast2 red peppers1 onion1 cucumber6 scallions5 cloves garlic1 tbsp ginger1 head cabbage1 head lettuce1 cup plum sauce1.5 tbsp basil
Directions
Heat wok on med-high with oil and red pepper flakes. Slice chicken into thin, 2-inch long strips. Add chicken to oil. Dice peppers, onion, and cucumber and add to pan with grill seasoning once chicken cooked externally. Core and shred cabbage and add to pan. Cover. Chop scallions, mince garlic, and grate ginger and to pan. Let cook five minutes. Add plum sauce and basil. Let cook three minutes. Core and quarter lettuce. Serve.
