3 handfuls spinach2 cups water1 appl, cored quarted1 cup frozen mangos1 cup frozen strawberries1 handfull frozen or fresh seedless grapes2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds1 scoop of protein power
Directions
Mix greens & water in blender until mixture is green juice like - stop blender and add reamining ingredients blend until creamy
