Chicken spaghetti (Mexican)1 lb chicken2lbs spaghetti 10oz can rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)32oz Velveeta 26oz cream mushroom soup
Boil chicken season water with garlic, and onion.
Remove chicken when fully cooked with a slotted spoon. Add spaghetti to same boiling water for extra flavor to pasta.
Cool chicken and pull into tiny pieces
Cut Velveeta into cubes cover ½ way with milk and microwave or cook in pan till melted .Add rotel and mushroom soup
Mix all together and serve
