Sweet n spicy mango pickle

Ingredients
Mangos, 1000 grams*Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 8 pepper*Jaggery, 750 gram(s)Sunflower Oil, 1 1tsp Salt, 1 tsp Dates, 15 date Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
take oil in a pan then add onion seeds ,red chili whole,turmeric,garlic cloves,bay leaves, and sauté a bit for 1 min then add the chopped mango raw and the dates sliced in half without the seeds.stir well.cook for 10 mins till mangoes are soft .Then add the jaggery and 1 cup of water and cook covered for 40 mins stirring in between.the open lid and dry out the extra water till the pickle gets a thicker consistency.close flame.when it cools down transfer to jars and refrigerate and use when needed.
