Strawberry Rhubard Jam, Homemade

Ingredients
4 cups diced rhubarb1 cup water 1 cup sugar1 pkg strawberry jello powder
Directions
Cook rhubarb in water on stovetop. Once rhubarb is soft, add sugar and jello powder, mix until completely dissolved. Remove from heat and put into jars. Makes approximately 4.5 cups. We have a large family, so use it up rather quickly. But can be frozen for longer storage.
