Homemade Okra curry

Okra, 5 cup slices (remove)Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 1 cup (remove)*Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)*Canola Oil, 4 1tsp (remove)Mustard seed, yellow, 0.5 tsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 0.5 tsp (remove)*Fennel seed, 0.5 tsp (remove)Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)*Red Pepper Powder (Corse) - Wang, 0.5 tsp (remove)*ground tumeric, 0.25 tsp (remove)*coriander powder, 1 serving (remove)*Cumin powder, 0.25 tsp (remove)
Heat oil
Once thoroughly heated add Mustard seeds, cumin-seeds and Fennel seeds.
After it starts fluttering add asofoitada(Optional)
Add onion(Cut in cubes) saute for about 1 minute
Add Okra(cut in round pieces) and potato (Cut in cubes)
Cover pan add let it cook on medium heat until all vegetables are cooked.
Add all dry spices adjust based on you test
Cook it on high flame and mix all spices until stickiness from okra disappears.
