Oatmeal Raisin Banana Bars

4 large bananas1 cup packed dark brown sugar½ cup cup-for-cup stevia¼ cup melted butter1 tbsp vanilla½ cup flour½ cup oat flour or whole wheat flour½ tsp sea salt1 tsp baking soda½ tsp nutmeg½ tsp cinnamon2 cups quick cooking (not instant) rolled oats½ cup raisins, soaked in hot water and drained
Heat the oven to 350F and line a 9x13" pan with parchment.
Mash the bananas with the sugar and stevia in a large bowl until smooth.
Add butter and vanilla and mix well.
Add the flours, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and oats. Mix just to combine.
Fold in the raisins.
Spread evenly in the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
Serving Size: Makes one 9x13" pan, 20 squares
