Roasted Potatos

Ingredients
2 pounds potatoes cut into .5 - 1 inch cubes2 Tablespoons olive oil - EVOO is bestsaltpeppergarlic powderonion powderchili powdermrs dashand other spices as desired, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Scrub potatos and cut into .5 - 1 inch cubes
Add oil and desired spices to large ziploc bag.
Add potatos and shake to evenly coat all potato pieces.
Place in single layer on cookie sheet (I use the bottom of my roaster pan) and bake at 400 20-25 mins, stiring occasionaly, til golden brown and tender.
Makes 6 serving
