Ingredients
olive oilchopped onion, celery and jalapeno peppershredded chicken breast (skinless)chicken brothstewed or diced tomatoes with added chilisoreganocuminlimecilantro
Directions
Chop onion, celery and pepper (scrape out seeds)
saute in olive oil until tender, add the already cooked and shredded chicken breast, chicken broth, stewed tomatoes, oregano and cumin to the pot. Squeeze juice of one whole lime into the soup mixture.
