Easy Pesto

Ingredients
1/4 cup almonds3 garlic cloves1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves1/2 cup olive oil1 pinch ground nutmegsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place almonds on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly toasted.

2. In a food processor, combine toasted almonds, garlic, basil, olive oil, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Process until a coarse paste is formed.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings at 1/4 cup each
