Low Carb Biscuits - Dianafied w/extra Fiber

Ingredients
1/2 cup blanched almond flour1/2 cup sunflower seed flour1 tablespoon coconut flour1 tablespoon flax seed meal1 tablespoon psyllium husks2 tablespoons butter, chilled1/4 teaspoon salt3 eggs, large1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
Directions
1. In a bowl, with mixer, mix eggs until nice and frothy.
2. In separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
3. Cut in the chilled butter into the dry ingredients.
4. Add shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
5. Blend with folk, dry ingredients with eggs and put back into fridge to chill for 20 minutes.
6. After chilling in fridge, remove and in oiled whoopie pie pan or muffin tin, gently spoon out either 8 large or 16 small biscuits.
7. Cook at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or a little more if you like them darker.
