Miz Ellie's Spaghetti with Snow Peas

1 lb dry spaghetti2 T EVOO3 cloves garlic, minced4 large eggs1/2 cup Asiago (or similar hard grated cheese)2 T fresh parsley, minced3 T fresh chives, minced2 cups snow peas
Prepare snow peas.
While pasta pot is coming to a boil, gather and mince herbs and garlic.
Add extra virgin olive oil to herbs and garlic.
Mix with snow peas, toss to coat. S & P to taste.
Beat eggs together well.
Cook spaghetti in large pan of salted water until done.
Immediately after draining pasta, return to pan. Add beaten eggs and stir rapidly until eggs are cooked. Add snow peas to pasta and eggs. Serve with additional Asiago cheese to taste.
Serving Size: makes 8 servings, easily cut in half for a smaller family
