Slow Cooker Pulled Pork BBQ-Clubhouse recipe

Ingredients
*Club House Slow Cooker BBQ Pork packet* 2/12 - 3 lb lean, boneless pork roast (shoulder with fat removed)*1/2 cup of ketchup*1/2 cup packed brown sugar*1./3 cup of cider vinegar1. Place pork in slow cooker2. Combine seasoning mix, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar in a separate bowl. Pour over pork.3. Cover. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH4. Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred meat into strings using 2 forks. Return to slow cooker.5. Stir until pork is well coated and heated through.Serve over split buns. Makes 10 servings.

    I found this EXTREMELY bitter because of the vinegar. Even adding more sugar and ketchup I found it almost inedible. - 11/26/19
