Romesco sauce (my version) no bread

Ingredients
4 Plum tomatoes seeded and chopped1 Medium tomato chopped1 Cup chopped onion 3 cloves garlic minced1 lg fire roasted pepper1Tsp smoked paprika1Tbsp harrisa paste (optional)1Tsp Ancho (or other) chile powder30 dry roasted almonds chopped1Tbsp olive oil (or 2 instead of coconut oil)1Tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Heat oil ,add onion cook for 2 min, add garlic cook 1 minute
while stirring, add the dry spices then add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are heated through add almonds and harissa.
Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth
add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with some chopped Parsley , Cilantro or even Basil.
On top of seafood or chicken.
