Summer Squash Casserole

4 cups of sliced summer squash1/2 cup of mild chunky salsa1 cup plain tomato sauce1/2 cup bread crumbs, italian seasoned1/2 cup parmesean cheese2 slices of provolone cheese
Mix your squash, salsa and tomato sauce together and place in a small square casserole dish.
Cut the sliced provolone cheese into strips and place on top of the casserole.
Mixed together the bread crumbs and parmesean cheese and then spread on top of the casserole.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 8 1/2 cup servings
