Lasagne Casserole

Ingredients
crushed tomatos - one canRiccota cheese - one small containerMozzarella - one 2 cup bagpasta - one boxparm - one oz.spinach - 3 cupszuccini - 2 med choppedsausage - one package browned
Directions
cook sauce with sausage and zuccini, boil pasta, mix defrosted spinach with ricotta and parm, layer each into a slow cooker with shredded mozzarella and let bake. Some general Lasagne stuff applies. Bottom layer sauce, save a little sauce and mozzarella for the top. Also, as a note, I find the way to get a good consistant spread of small bits of meat in a sauce is to cook the meat in the tomatoes. Also be sure the pasta is undercooked, it will finish cooking in the dish and soak up some of the juices. Be sure the meat is cooked but don't worry about the zuccini if you add it late.
