Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry), 0.5 cup (remove)Silk Light Original Soy Milk, 1 cup (remove)Almonds - sliced, 2 tbsp (remove)**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove)Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)Blueberries, fresh, .25 cup (remove)Greek Vanilla Yogurt Kroger Brand, .25 cup (remove)
add oat meal, flax meal, almonds and any sweetner to a pint mason jar and add soy milk. shake or stir and cap. Put in fridge overnight. Unscrew cap and add yogurt and fresh fruit. stir well and enjoy.
