JS GF Lorraine Quiche

Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream), 8 fl oz Swiss Cheese, 4 oz shreddedBacon - Thick Sliced Bacon, 4 slices choppedEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 6 large shredded hash browns 3/4 to 1 cupsalt and Mrs Dash seasoning to taste
Spray baking dish with non stick spray, spread hash browns on bottoms and side to create a crust, press down firmly.
Mix together cream, eggs and seasonings in a blender, blend until frothy.
Stir in part of the cheese and all the chopped bacon, gently pour over the hash browns (careful not to dislodge them).
Sprinkle with remainder of cheese.
Bake at 325 for an hour or so (until toothpick or knife comes out clean)
