Miz Ellie's Peach & Blueberry Cobbler

4 cups sliced peaches2 cups blueberries1/2 cup AP flour1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup cold butter1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1 cup rolled oats
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut peaches, leaving skin on, into baking pan
Toss blueberries on top
In a small-medium bowl, measure flour, brown sugar, oats and spices for topping
Using fingers or a pastry blender, incorporate cold butter into flour mixture until all butter is blended
Cover fruit with topping
Bake in 350 oven for about 30 min or until topping is browned
Serving Size: makes six servings in an 8x8 pan
