Spicy Sausage and Cabbage

Ingredients
1 package of Thomas Ragin’ Cajun Smoked Andouille Sausage "Hot" (14oz)1 head of cabbage
Directions
Chop sausage into small bite size pieces. Fry in pan (using fat from sausage to fry). Chop cabbage. Once sausage is crispy (about 5 min), drain off oil. Add cabbage and cook with lid on to steam lightly, stir occasionally (about 5 min). Serve hot.
