Microwave Cake

Ingredients
1 c dry cake mix (super moist chocolate used for nutritional calculation here)1 c seltzer water
Directions
Mix cake mix and seltzer well. Pour into greased glass pie pan and microwave for 4 minutes watching carefully. Pull it out when it rises, shows bubbles and starts to pull from the sides of the pan.
