Dark Chocolate Baked Custard

4 large eggs2 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla1/16 tsp salt1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. dark unsweetened cocoa
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Combine eggs, sugar, cocoa, salt and sugar, whisk together by hand.
3. Add milk and vanilla, combine well. I used my immersion blender.
4. Divide evenly between four 1 cup baking dishes.
5. Put the baking dishes in a pan containing one inch of water.
6. Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until set.
Cool and keep refrigerated.
